“My wife found By Design Cabinetry while searching the web for a kitchen remodel. We made an appointment and had our first meeting and met with Kathi and Lin. Both are true professionals at what they do and very respectful making customer service their number 1 priority. We had a general idea of what we wanted but Lin knocked it out the park with his design. They always returned all questions that we had in a timely matter keeping us updated. Never once did they try to up sell us they made sure that the features we wanted we received at a fair price. All sub contractors that they recommend were as professional as they were. On final inspection they made an appointment to inspect all the work that had been done and made sure all aspects of the design and install of the cabinets, counter tops and sink met their high standards. If we did this project again we would go straight to By Design Cabinetry! I would highly recommend their services.”
